Includes pressure check on expansion vessels recharging if necessary. Filter cleaning and checks on all safety devices.

Landlord Safety Checks (CP12's) from £60
Landlord safety certificates issued. All safety checks carried out on properties gas appliances. Boiler & cooker/hob is £60. Gas fires incur an extra charge
